Judy and Craig

Last Thursday we photographed the wedding of Judy Cooper and Craig Feldsien, who were married at the Historic Courthouse in Stillwater surrounded by an intimate family group. Judy is an Australian from the Brisbane area and her mother had just flown into the Twin Cities in her first visit to the States. Both of them have the best accents - Nick and I hoped they would rub off a little on us but alas.  Craig's family - his mom, dad, brother, sister and nephews -  rounded out the small audience. Judge Tom Armstrong was their officiant. The cold, clear, late afternoon skies bathed us in a sweet light throughout the portraits and ceremony. This was their small "legal" wedding; on March 19, 2010 they plan to do it up a lot bigger, this time for friends and family  in Hawaii.
